After seeing how valuable the Directory of Recruiters (from Kennedy Information) was to my job search I realized I needed help figuring out what I needed to do after submitting my resume. That's when I looked for the Kennedy's Pocket Guide to Working with Recruiters. I saw that wasn't available, but this new edition of that book, now called the Job Seeker's Guide, came out and I ordered it right away. Now I know what I need to do or say when working with these recruiters. This book also gives you TONS of extra resources for your job search, some from Kennedy, some are not, and may even be their competition - but it makes me feel like Kennedy really cares about my job search and helping me instead of just making money. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is buying the Kennedy Directory, or even if you THINK about sending your resume to a recruiter.
