It wont even stay up long enough to see if you can aim it, it falls out of the claw and is too heavy for the thing and tilts all the way down so it would only dry the floor.

This is great if you like to use a styling brush while blow drying your hair. I am on my third one in ten years. Also, I save time in the morning buy brushing my teeth while the blow dryer dries my hair.
The base is nice and heavy. The neck is flexible to dry at any angle. The telescoping stand makes it easy to sit or stand. If you are standing you will need to place it on a counter.
