My wife was diagnosed as having a slipped disk in her lower back. Pain shot down both legs and limited her mobility. She used this product and got instant relief from her back problems.

physical therapy suggested a lumbar belt for my continous back problem. this product has worked great. I was looking for a light weight belt for summer, it get's hot in Texas. This has worked fine and is really light weight but does a good job in support.

great product for daily wear. goes on easy is light and supports well.
Top sometimes ravels

As advertised, this is light, fairly easy to put on (you just wrap it around yourself and touch the ends of the velcro to one another). Please note that it does NOT fasten with hooks, but just this huge strip of velcro. However, as I wear a lot of knits, this item is going to be of no use -- there is a 5 x 7" strip of velcro just sitting there across my tummy waiting to ruin my clothes. I've spent the money now, and will have to try to find something else. As I said, a disappointment. Strange that no one else has mentioned this. If you wear knits, do not purchase this item unless you plan to wear a whole additional layer of clothing between the support belt and the knit clothing.

The lumbar sacral back support is light but provides excellent support. I purchased this for my mother. My mother wears it daily thereby allowing her to walk (exercise) and work on her vegetable garden. It provides much comfort. She has one similar to this one but it is half the size which does not provide support in her lower back. Also the price is very reasonable.

Contrary to what another reviewer stated, I did NOT find that the sizes ran big. If anything, I would say the opposite. MEASURE YOURSELF FIRST! I wear size 10 clothing and ordered a medium. (I am 5'5" and 5-10 pounds overweight.) I should had ordered a LARGE! I often have this problem with anything made in Asia but this was made in Mexico. (Is anything made in the USA anymore??)

I really love this back support because it is light weight (great in the summer, rinse and dry quickly) and adjustable not only in tightness but you can raise or lower it as necessary. I have worn this playing golf and tennis, even sleeping, and for other normal activities like sitting, driving, etc. I bought the small even though I measured a little larger and it's perfect (normally wear a size 6) especially when worn just below the waist. I received this two days earlier than anticipated so would recommend the seller.

This was something I sent to my girlfriend that was suffering with occasional back strain while on assignment in Mexico. She loves it but uses it when her back is weakest.

i RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON TIME AND IT IS VERY SATISFACTORY. thER WAS A SLIGHT MISTAKE IN THE ORDER FOR THE SIZE AND THE SEELLER MAD IT GOOD AT THIER COSTS OVERNIGHT.
