This one occurs following Patient Zero in which Joe Ledger and ECHOTEAM being dispatched to go take care of some unfinished business. I absolutely loved this. So much so that I listened to it three times before reviewing. although this takes place after the first book, MABERRY adds just the right amount of backstory that its a great place to start if you want a little sample of how MABERRY can bring your worst nightmares to life. Ray Portere does an excellent job of narrating.
Give it a try. I dare you. Bet you wont be able to stop with this!!

Having read every Joe Ledger novel from Jonathan Maberry I was interested in getting more. Since there wasn't anything else yet published I decided to give the audio "The Missing Files" a try. Well worth the money. You pretty much get short stories that are every bit as good as the novels in regard to the story line. As well, some of the excerpts actually filled in some of the blanks on time frames missing between the continuing story line in the novels.

Didn't play on any CD player or computer. This actually is a good thing since this would ruin the new book. Many people commented that this entry was repeated in its entirely in Mayberry's new book, Special Ops. I would highly recommend skipping this entry and purchase the new book, Special Ops, which has 4 additional stories.
