Well, I would say "one size fits most". I am of average "endowment" and barely have coverage in front, which is not necessarily a bad thing, since this was purchased primarily for fun time. If nature has been good to you, you might have a hard (no pun intended) time fitting into this.
It is very comfortable, as are all of Joe Snyder products.
