I learned some things from this video- but, its geared more for the beginning guitarist than the advanced. Among other things, it was nice to learn about Joe's c-tuning and learn how to play "Help Me Through The Night". The first half of the tape is instructional, and the second performance. The performance section is kinda sloppy, but hey, its still Joe and that's part of his charm. A highlight for me was hearing a live version of "Indian Summer". Oh, and there's tons of the patented bizarre Joe Walsh brand of humor.

I agree, save your money unless you don't know how to tune a guitar (and I can tell you how for a lot less money). The dvd looks as though it was recorded 20 years ago. Sound and video quality are lousy. There is pretty much no instruction except for a couple of different tunings and a brief how-to on slide. Joe is a great player in my opinion, but not a great teacher, at least as evidenced by this video.

Save your money. There's nothing here you can use. Walsh and Clapton are my hero's, Now its only Clapton. Its a major let-down, I walked 3 times to get this from the mailbox yesterday, today I want to walk to the mailbox to send it back !
