"Joel Harper's No Equipment Needed Workout DVD" contains 3 short exercise workouts, with no equipment needed. Here are the three workouts.

"Maximize Your Time" is about 17 minutes.
"Excuse Busting" workout is about 19 minutes.
"Take Charge" is about 19 minutes.

[Please note that there is another DVD package offered by Amazon called "Fit Pack: Self-Defense & Power Building Workouts," which contains the "Excuse Busting" and "Take Charge" workouts.]

The "Excuse Busting" workout has light to medium moves, with stretches, balance work and easy yoga. The "Maximize Your Time" is a quicker, and perhaps is slightly more intense than the previous workout. And "Take Charge" has some high impact aerobics, upper body work, coordination, stretches, and Yoga. "Take Charge" is more strenuous and complex than the other two workouts.
