Kindergarten-Grade 3-Two simple biographies that present bare-bones accounts of the subjects' lives, followed by suggestions of ways that students can learn more about each person. Large-print texts include musical terms in boldface, which are defined in context and in a brief glossary. Full-color drawings appear in the biographical sketches and photographs and reproductions enliven the second part of the books. Strictly serviceable additions for early readers.
