This is the info I've been looking for in my 20 plus years of yo-yo diets and exercise. Is it the best video quality? no. Is it glitzy and glamorous? no. Will it give you the tools to start losing weight and getting fit? Absolutely!

Consider this video as a consultation with a trainer and dietician. This will get you where you want to go if you put in the time and energy to do so. So far I have lost over 50 pounds using these techniques, and will continue doing so. If you want hype, go ahead and get any gadget on late night TV. If you want something real and long-lasting that will actually change your body, you'd be a fool not to try this.

WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS DVD WAS THAT IT WAS AFFORDABLE, PLUS JOHN MAKES THE INFORMATION VERY SIMPLY FOR THOSE WISHING TO SEE PROGRESS.

I really like John's tapes. He pulls no punches. Tells you simply what you need to
do to get the body you want. He makes it simple for people to obtain
their goals and dreams. It's all right there for anyone who wants to
do it. Great job!
