After spending $30 on this 5 pack of construction vehicles, I expected them to hold up a little better than they did. There is a VERY minimal amount of "metal" in these, they are mostly plastic. One of them broke the first day when my 3 year old was playing with them, not even doing anything rough or out of the ordinary. I never would have paid $30 if I had known they would break so easy and had such a tiny amount of metal to them.

My son loves backhoe loaders which are hard to come by this small for a decent price. We thought this set would be perfect until we received it and realized some of the pieces come apart with light toddler play.
