It surprises me that know yet has reviewed what I consider to be such a fine '3-pak'. It will be an honor to be the first one! First let me state that my brother found this in a CD bin at, I beleive, BJs and if not for him I wouldn't have it now. Even now, having just about all the music on it on other CDs, a part me really enjoys this set. The cover is great and it really is compiled well. Each mainstream Lennon album is reprsented (Sometime in NYC with material on the live disc) and it covers just about all the Lennon you could possibly want to here. It is divided into three discs as follows: Disc 1- The Hits, Disc 2- Classic Rock'n'Roll, Disc 3- The Classics live. You get Imagine (live), #9 Dream, Whatever Gets You Thru the Night, Nobody Told Me NYC, Woman is the..., It's so Hard, two versions of Instant Karma ( one live), Stand by Me, Slipin' and Slidn, Give Peace a Chance (live) and many more across these discs. Sure the lack of info (say a booklet) is a little disappointing and I might of changed a couple of tracks here and there, but overall this a very good, sadly overlooked Lennon compilation, great for multi-disc CD changer too! 4.5/5
