This is a solid, well designed product. I bought one to under-mount on my John Louis Deluxe Closet system. The rails run on really nice ball bearings so the unit slides in and out quietly and snaps into place. Mounting was just a few screws, not difficult. You can hang a ton of ties and belts on the unit. It's about 8 inches wide and I didn't want to give up hanging space, so I cut half of the tines off and made it narrower. This unit is a pleasure to use every day, I have saved a lot on dry cleaning by keeping my ties hung and wrinkle free. If you put together a John Louis closet system, treat yourself to one of these. It's like the icing on the cake.BE AWARE - this unit comes in a 12 inch depth for the Standard or Premier closet system and a 16 inch depth for the Deluxe closet system. Order the right one for your system and avoid the frustration of return shipping!

Good rack that fits the John Louis Home shelving perfectly. The looped pegs don't hold as many ties/belts as single pegs probably could, but overall a nice addition to my closet system.
