I love this book!I love the recipes and photos! I have made the smoked prime rib (to die for), mediterranean pepper salad and the salmon chowder (I cheated and used store bought smoked salmon). I'm not an experienced cook, but these recipes made me a hero. I'll be giving this book as gifts for sure.

This is a very good companion to the Masterbuilt Turkey Fryer (plus boiler and steamer of stuff). Very detailed "how-to" suggestions for frying, boiling, and steaming ... plus some additional Dadgum good recipes for smoking chicken, Boston butt pork, and such. Recommended for a good read and good cooking. The only problem is to let guests see the book ... they'll start hinting for an invitation back when I try "such and such" from the book. But that's really a good thing.

I have been cooking for a long time and there are two things I look for when shopping for a new cookbook, easy to follow recipes and pictures of what the finished recipe should look like. The recipes in this book are very easy to follow and the pictures make me hungry just looking at them. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to cook.

Excellent book with pictures of food. Love the additional tios for the masterbuily as well. Have purchased fryer and it steams,grills,smokes as well. Would suggest the purchase you won't be disappointed. Yes the book is for the fryer and masterbuilt smoker.....but that's what I own.

Unfortunately I have only been able to use the book twice, but both times the recipes were great, the bake macaroni came out great and so did the ham......I recommend the book...

Love this book. High quality. Fantastic pics of each recipe. Simple ingredients. Worst thing about the book - having to decide which recipe to try next!!

I bought this book for SMOKER recipes (since that's the way it was advertised). The book only has about 1/4 recipes for smoked foods, because most of the book is full of ELECTRIC DEEP FRYER, GRILL and BOIL recipes, for which appliances I don't have. If I wanted so few smoker recipes, I could have simply gone online and printed them off myself for FREE! The photographs are also very poor quality.

I bought this cookbook for my husband to go along with his MasterBuilt smoker Christmas present. His first use of the smoker was Prime Rib and the Macaroni and Cheese from this recipe book. It was outstanding and everyone loved it. Next on the agenda for the smoker will be the pork butt, baked beans and stuffed cabbage. I also will be looking forward to trying some of the recipes for the "turkey" fryer and the grill. This is a great outdoor cooking recipe book!

We purchased a smoker that recommended this cookbook. In order to learn how to use the smoker and get some rub recipies, we bought this. Unbelievably, it does not really speak of how to smoke or gives rubs!!!!!! they have recipies of items like smoked mac n cheese and family reviews of the author but nothing I would say is a concrete benefit to buy this particular cookbook. Save your money!

I just wished there were more recipes for smoking of foods. I have there electric smoker and this book has the only how to and recipes for an electrice smoker.
