This is a great Bingo set. It is actually much larger than I expected - the box in the photo is about 12" on each side, the Bingo cage itself is about 10" tall (I don't know where the 15" measurement in the description comes from), and the balls are a nice size, about 7/8" across. It includes bingo cards, with a bingo card printed on each side of the card, and translucent chips. The "called numbers" board is very nice - it is plastic with deep wells to hold the balls securely. It is hinged in the middle to make it smaller for storing.

No assembly was required, which was nice. Reviews of other sets mentioned having to punch out all of the chips and ball pieces and having to snap the two halves of the balls together before you can play the game. These balls appear to be solid too.

My little girl is 3 and is working on learning her higher numbers (above 10). We've played two games so far and I've seen changes in her recognition and pronunciation of her numbers... 31 is now "thirty one" instead of "three one" for example. Turning the handle to get the balls to fall out helps keep her interested too.

Be aware that you will need to play in a well lit room. The blue balls are a dark blue and the text is written in black ink. The other colors are easy to read but the blue does need a closer look. This seems to be the only draw back to this game.
