This disc is just a sampling of what John Peel's annual Festive 50 was like. It faithfully includes some of his most favorite bands (The Wedding Present, Bhundu Boys) and rings true of the man who influenced so many listeners. Although short, (I am guessing it was put together in a rush after John's death) it is a good sampling for a freebie from Uncut Magazine.
