Johnny Bond was a remarkably talented man. He was a singer, songwriter, guitarist, comedian, scriptwriter, biographer, music historian, and member of the Country Music Hall Of Fame.
* He was a regular on Gene Autry's "Melody Ranch" radio program. Johnny sang and handled comedy on the program as well as writing some of the scripts. He remained on the series until it ended in 1956.
* Includes the Johnny Bond country standards "Cimarron (Roll On)," "I Wonder Where You Are Tonight," and "Tomorrow Never Comes."
* Also features the country/pop smash "Hot Rod Lincoln."
* All tracks were recorded for Jimmy Wakely's Shasta Records label.
