Perhaps it is important to mention - and Amazon fails to do so - that Johnny Whitehorse is actually Robert Mirabal. And a must for all Mirabal fans.

Johnny Whitehorse comes to life through the magical weaving of drums and flute. The resulting tapestry is mysterious, melodious, powerful, evocative, and filled with story. Ride with Johnny Whitehorse - it is a journey well worth taking. This CD is my favorite Robert Mirabel.

Johnny WhitehorseI can only say this recording of traditional Native American music is wonderful followed by many more superlatives. The music is tranquil and at times forlorn. The Indian flute and native percussion instruments set the mood. If you want to be transported into another dimension where you float with the wind and dream of eagles, this is the recording for you.

I have every single Mirabal cd and dvd. In my opinion, they are ALL fantastic. He is truly an artist in all senses. Everyone should listen to at least 1 Mirabal song and they will be hooked. Love all his works!!!
