Both of these CDs are fantastic and I've been listening to them since they were originally released on vinyl back in the day... Just to let anyone who's interested in the best possible sound quality know, these are the best I've heard. MUCH BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL CD RELEASES!! Dare I say even better than the original vinyl? I'm a certifiable vinyl junkie and I believe these are superior in sound quality, with more clarity and overall punch than the original releases. Especially the Johnny Winter And LIVE cd. I thought I'd pass that along, I was as suprised as anybody! BUY THIS VERSION, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

This album is an interesting addition for Winter fans because instead of his typical blues trip, the rock/pop material and the colaboration with Derringer add other dimensions, while the live cuts supply any blues you might have been missing.
