This Johnson Brothers Willow Blue Dinnerware 8-Inch Round Vegetable Bowl is a serving piece that is included in the highly collectible and prized Willow Blue Dinnerware line of porcelain china. This pattern is a good choice if you have decided to select one line for everyday and formal dining use. Willow Blue is "open stock," so you will be able to add more place settings, serving pieces, and specialty items over the years. As well, this pattern is so pretty that you will want to display some pieces. Also, you can have fun browsing in antiques stores for older pieces to add to your collection. I love to use Willow Blue when serving Asian food. This round bowl is the perfect size for an individual entree of Asian Noodles! (See _Asian Noodles_ by Nina Simonds, or _Noodle_ by Terry Durack for some authentic Asian noodle recipes, or _Meal in a Bowl_ by Elsa Petersen-Schepelern for 30 quick-and-easy international recipes.)
