5.0 out of 5 stars Really Good
Not as good as his first cd Below The Heavens but there are some really good songs on here as well. His rhyming skills are still mind blowing and and the guest appearances are good but the beats aren't as good as his first disc. The beats are still good though and i did not need to skip a track. Still better than 99.9% of mainstream rap albums

3.0 out of 5 stars NEP 4 LIFE
I really liked Blu's last album with Exile. This album would've been almost as good, were it not for the fact that a deaf person seems to have mastered it. The bass is mud. Otherwise it's good.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Standout compared to most, August 26, 2011

Album is good, it had concept, direction, and most importantly lyrics plus production is what keeps this record on rotation. Although i do admit its not better than Below The Heavens but it still has inspiring songs that help me get through the day. DONT SLEEP ON IT!!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Underated album, June 7, 2011

Let me start by saying that Blu is an artist that likes to approach all his projects with a different sound. Blu's debut album Below the Heavens is great album probably the best this decade, but as Johnson and Jonson is good in its own way. The beats are different and are not those soulful beats that Exile puts on, but Mainframe puts out a good effort on beats.

The tracks I recommend you check are:

1. J and J
3. Half A' Knot
9. Bout It, Bout It
11. Long Time Gone
6. Wow!

The best one from the album has to be the bonus track Hold On John. That song is the best by far.
