We use this for satellite dish installation, and we are very please with its quality and durability. It is not like the cheap imported models. This is much more precise and the scale if very easy to read. We highly recommend it to all of our dish installers. For the price and quality, it is a 5 stars no doubt.

I bought this Angle Gage so we could roughly set the angle of an actuator in a new industrial machine. We were going to purchase a $250 electronic angle gage but the Johnson Level proved so easy to use and the accuracy was so good that we decided to save the money. Even the customer for the machine used the Johnson Gage for the Machine Qualification Tests. We will buy several for use on the test floor as we ramp up production.

I have too many protractors in my shop - and I don't think any two exactly agree. As near as I can tell, this product is at least as accurate as any of the others. It's handy to use, though for saw blades I wish it was a little smaller. It's a good buy, but is one of those devises that's best not dropped.

Handy tool that's really useful when you need to calculate accurate angles. The magnet is big plus when you need to stick it to a pipe or saw blade/table. Great price, and it's made in USA.

This is the kind of tool you never really think you need, but once you have one you'll wonder why you went to so much trouble measuring your angles before.

I do a lot of roof and stair work, and this guy pays for himself every time I use it. Rafter (speed) squares are good, but easy to make a mistake. This is just a matter of slapping your Johnson in place and enjoying the quick reading!

Well worth the money even if you only use it a couple of times a year.

Works as advertised. Compact, easy to read. I have used for roof pitches, rafters, gable end sofits, and other uses. I store in original packing material for protection.

As a PV Solar Design & Installation training company ([...]), we use this angle finder during our hands-on workshops to determine the roof pitch for optimizing solar PV system output. It's simple, and durable enough for our needs, and I recommend it as part of any Solar PV Electric Installers tool kit.

Bought this to set the angle on a satellite dish but afterward started using it to check the level/angle on all kinds of stuff. After using standard levels all my life this is like putting on you're first pair of glasses. Pretty sturdy, acurate and inexpensive.

I used it to determine actual target distance for up and down hill shots. I don't know what you can say about a product like this? I't just what you expects, pretty simple. Cheap, nothing to go wrong. What can I say?
