5.0 out of 5 stars Nice !
Coming from a ex donut maker like me. I have to say; good product for the price. These little handy cutters can get pretty spendy for heavy duty bakery work. For home use this will work just fine .A little tip : go to your local fabric store and purchase 1 - 1.5 yds of heavy duty canvas. Use this as a rolling and cutting surface for your doughs. Wipe off with plastic...

2.0 out of 5 stars poor quality
I like that it's strong stainless steel. But the cutting edges are thick and blunt, and irregular. I'm going to have to take a circular file to them to make it usable. In addition to that, the center hole's cutter isn't flush with the outer cutter; it's about 1/16 of an inch too high.

Wipe off with plastic scraper and pack in are tight sealed storage bag.You can get a couple of uses before washing. Wash alone with a LITTLE baking soda and distilled white vinegar. Dry on Perm. press. This will save your counter tops.Great with making sugar cookies.

Excellent quality! I used to work in a doughnut shop out of high school and this is the same one that we used. It works GREAT. I would highly recommend it over the $30-50 versions.

When mine arrived, the center part -- responsible for cutting the hole -- was approximately 3/8 of an inch shallower than the outer part. After my dough was proofed and ready to cut I discovered that the cutter merely marked where the hole could be, should I choose to cut one. I have tons of circle cutters, and if I had wanted to cut doughnuts in that manner, I could have done so without purchasing this. Lucky for me I own a bench grinder with which I ground down the outer edge to the same depth as the inner edge. Next time I expect the cutter to work as designed, but that was way more work than I had planned on for such a simple device. Because there are so many positive reviews on this product, I assume I simply received one bad one, out of the many good ones, but who knows. I would not recommend purchasing this. If you should not follow my advice, at least test it right away, so that if it's not right, you can send it back. Or, if you're handy, buy this with the intention of grinding it down a bit. Whatever you do, don't mix up a batch of yeast doughnut dough until you know this thing will work.

This unit arrived with a jagged 1-inch razor-sharp needle of steel sticking out of the cutter. It was so hazardous that when we returned it, we sent a note for whoever was unpacking it to be careful. Apparently no quality control either at the manufacturer or the retailer. We did not risk ordering a replacement.
