I've been using these little pans for personal-sized pan pizzas for a couple of years now, and they've held up great. Like other aluminum pizza pans, I find these work best after being well seasoned. I seasoned mine with several very light coats of peanut oil, cured in my oven on low heat. No problems with these pans warping in the oven, even at very high heat. They're not quite deep enough if you're looking for a pan to cook Chicago style pizza, but for little "pan pizzas", they're great.
