I have a NuWave oven and needed an aluminum pan to use in it. This one fit the bill just right. I would have preferred that it be about one inch larger in diameter, but I guess they don't make 11" diameter....just 10 or 12. The 12" is too large for my oven. This is a durable pan, and aluminum pans (recommended by NuWave) are hard to find. I make the yummiest (is that a word?) grilled asparagus in it! My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

I bought this 1 inch deep pan to cook a thin crust,deep dish pizza.
If you're looking for low carbs,you don't want a lot of crust. I
like to pile on the onions,peppers,pepperroni,mushrooms,and plenty
of cheese. This pan holds it all together! Try finding thin crust,
deep dish at the store!
