I bought this pan because I have recently noticed that my current pan is too small to feed everyone at one go and no one wants to wait for the second pizza, especially the kids! My current pan is either a 14 or 16 inch pan (not quite sure)... it's too small anyway.

I got the pan in a huge box! I thought there must be a mistake... it can't be that big... it wasn't as big as the box, but trust me it was big for a pizza pan.

The pan itself is aluminum, mine was a bit wonky and warpped right out of the box, but slightly... not really twisted and bent of shape to the point that it was no good. The picture in amazon does not accurately portray the actual product, it's not as shine as it seems, not really an issue.

Obviously, we had pizza on that day to try this bad boy out... and I have noticed the following points about this product:
1) Please measure the inside of your oven, this big boy will not fit into every oven.. it is seriously huge... even with my big oven the door was slightly ajar! (didn't affect my results though)
2) You will have to increase your recipe size proportionately... for this pan I had to make 1.5X the dough recipe to fill the pan, but you do get a cool New York sized pie!
3) The pan browns the pizza bottom nicely and quickly... 10 - 15 minutes in the oven will do very nicely. Heat distribution is nice and relatively even.
4) To avoid the pizza sticking to the pan, I oiled it with olive oil and sprinkled semolina evenly on the entire pan and the pizza slide right off, smooth as silk. No worries at all.
5) The slices come out nice and massive, two slices will be a big portion for each person... I doubt the kids will be able to finish one slice!
6) Being aluminum, it cools down in a flash once you take it out of the oven and remove the pizza.
7) Cleans relatively easy and no need to worry about damaging the non-stick coating... it's aluminum.

Overall, a great pizza pan for New York sized pizzas. This will easily take care of five people in one go! But, because the pan is large, I think our spening on cheese will go up significantly!! Can't wait to get my nieces and nephews together and serve up a huge pizza... I'm sure they will love it!

I haven't used the pan yet, but I thought it would be a taller pan. It's not as "deep dish ish" as I wanted, but we'll see how it does when I make a pizza. As far as delivery goes, it was delivered on time. Trusted seller for sure.
