I bought this lotion from Walgreens because Johnson no longer makes their Softlotion Creamy Moisturizing Oil, and a commenter on the Internet had said this lotion replaces that lotion I had wanted for my teenage niece.

The baby-soft feel of your skin after applying the lotion has not changed, but the scent of it has. The original lotion had a light 'baby lotion' smell to it, while this lotion smells like the cocoa and shea butters in it.

All-in-all, this is a decent-priced alternative to the Softlotion Creamy Moisturizing Oil. With a nice, greaseless feeling to a lotion that has oil in it, the only thing I find lacking in it is that scent we will miss.

This is by far the best lotion on the market. It will cure your dry skin!

bought this for my daughter and althoigh i've never used this lotion she swears that its the best she's used and says that it leaves her skin soft and smooth. glad its available in 4 pack.

I live in upstate NY, which means miserable weather 9 months of the year(if you're not counting the 3 months of sunburn as dry skin). I am 34 yrs old and suffer from chronic seborrhea (insanely dry skin, mainly due to lack of sun). This lotion is the best! It's silky smooth - not thick and gooey. It goes on so nicely after a shower. I can use it on everything from the neck, down. It's light but effective. I found that this past winter (Winter 2011...the year of 90+ inches of snow) I had NO dry, white patches! Not even on the elbows or hands. I'm a stay-at-home mom so my hands are always wet (dishes, laundry, changing diapers). I used this lotion in the morning after a shower and at night before bed. That was enough to keep my body hydrated. I DID use hand lotion a million times throughout the day...but this is not hand lotion. I found that if I used this lotion daily...my legs stayed in decent condition and shaving was a lot easier (i.e. my skin wasn't so dry that it stung when I shaved). I recommend this product to all females out there. My husband finds it scented towards a female scent...so I can't say I would buy this for a male (unless the male likes scented lotion!).
