This balm is not only for babies; I don't have any of those around and selfishly use it myself. Baby cosmetics are fun, they not only smell light and fresh but they tend to be milder and gentler.

I use this as a lip balm since it's very, very slick and silky and tastes very faintly of cucumber and melon - but the flavor is not disturbing at all, in face I enjoy it. It leaves the lips with the faintest shine and is completely clear. The stick is large, wide and thin, easy to use and glides on smoothly. This is great to moisturize and protect the lips from sun, wind and every day life.

My baby was born around Thanksgiving and it's almost impossible to find any product that is easy to apply and made specifically for a baby's face. They used to carry this at Target, which is where I first tried it from, but when I went back to get more they no longer carried the product. We've been using this since he was born last year and he is now almost a year old and we still use it. It's perfect for when his cheeks get dry and red. It goes on smooth and does not need a lot of rubbing in. When he's had a cold for a while and it gets rough under his nose from all the wiping I just rub my finger in it and apply it under his nose to help heal the soreness. I let him play with the cap when i apply it to distract him and it glides on very easily. I love that this comes in a multi-pack to save money and because it's SO handy to have one to leave with day care, diaper bag, upstairs in his room, downstairs by the door, etc. I just hope Amazon keeps it in stock.

Pros: This is better than any lotion I have ever bought in the U.S. I have dry skin, especially in winter. I use it on my shins and face and nothing I've found in the U.S. works like this stuff.

Cons: It's very expensive. That 0.5 oz disappears very quickly. And to add to that, the poor design of the dispenser results in wasted product at the base of the pusher around the center screw. A better design that valued the product would be a flat platic top surface with no waste (like many deoderant sticks). The lack of thought that went into this design leads me to believe that the product is very cheap to produce and makes me feel like I got ripped off.

Alternative: A friend recently gifted me "Speziali Fiorentini Body Lotions." It comes in several fragrances, it's made in Italy, 5.0 oz costs about 30 dollars which makes it significantly cheaper than the Johnson's product (3.0 oz cost 50 dollars). And the quality is outstanding. So given that it's just over half the cost, the quality is the same or better, and there are multiple fragrances, I think the Speziali Fiorentini is the better choice.

I love this product! My daughter suffers from eczema. This product is the only thing I have found, outside of a prescription, that I have found that works on her eczema. I used to but this product in stores but for some reason this has been discontinued in stores.

It is so easy to use. My 5 year old even knows how to use it herself. When she breaks on in a rash (which usually happens on the back of her leg around the bend of the back of her knee) she knows she can get the stick out and rub it on the spots that itch.

This product not only takes the pain away but it also cleared the eczema itself. The flaky patches disappeared in a matter of a couple of days of using this. I originally got it because it was clearanced at my local store and thought it couldn't hurt to try. Had I known they were clearancing it because they would no longer be selling it I would have stocked up then!

Her doctor used to recommend cetaphil for her eczema but as thick as this lotion was it just didn't work. Not only does Johnson's Soothing Naturals heal but it protects! Whenever it looks like my daughter is getting ready to break out I will rub it on the irritated spot and by the next day there is no sign of an upcoming breakout.

My son had red, dry, inflammed cheeks since he was born. Three doctors told me it was cradle cap. Two have now told me it is eczema since it has continued until now (currently 7 months old). I personally do not believe it is an allergic reaction, and hate to use steriods on him. I think it is simply extremely dry skin. Whatever it is, this stuff works better than Eucerin, Cetaphil, vaseline, olive oil, lansinoh cream, the dove soap the doctor recommended, the Seltzen Blue the doctor recommended, everything I have tried. I would normally shy away from it as I lean toward natural products...but we had some left over from baby #1 so I gave it a try. Low and behold it is AWESOME for his eczema. They don't make it anymore. Buy it now - that's why I bought the 6 pack! It does last a very long time but when you're applying it 7 times a day, we definitely needed the 6 pack. Good, good stuff. Why in the world would they stop making it?!

Best stuff for dry patches, and red rashes from teething. I wish they would start making this stuff again! So sad they discontinued it! SO glad I found some! Stock up it's going to run out soon!!!

This product is very easy to apply to my children's faces, goes on smooth without clumping. It is great for chapped cheeks and drool rash. I thought the 6 pack was excessive at first, but it has come in very handy this winter as I can no longer find this product in the grocery store and find Amazon has the best price. Great for chapped hands too, I highly recommend this to anyone with small children.

This balm is great for dry baby skin, and the stick makes it really easy to apply. My baby and toddler love to get this on their cheeks and lips at night, and even their doctor comments how nice their skin looks in the middle of winter.

This lotion is great for baby's face and is tiny--fits in your purse or diaper bag. It also really helps with those red patches on the cheeks.

This product is simply amazing! I have used this for years with my daughter who is now four. It is perfect for her dry cheeks in the winter, and those pesky colds that make her nose red! Heck I even used on my nose too! I would recommend this product to anyone!
