A super comfortbale shoe! I only wish it were really brown instead of a burgundy/wine color.

After two weeks of wearing this shoe, the color of one shoe changed. It became lighter and I did not do anything about it--just normal wear. Please check the images on the advertisement page.
I called the company and the lady was not very helpful. She said that it was because of the sun. Oh my goodness! Of course it was the elements but should it change the color of one in just two weeks? The answer is a resounding NO, under normal condition and they were worn under normal condition. I am surprised JM would not back up their merchandise. When I called them, it was not after a year later but just after a month. Their website says that I have 90 days to return anything that is defective but the shoe must not have been worn. Oh Well, how do you its defectiveness if I don't wear them. In fairness, perhaps this is the only pair that changed its color in two weeks. YOu know, I have been a customer of JM for years and I have 10 pairs from them--mostly dress shoes. I wear them mostly on Sunday because I am pastor of a local church.
