These Joint Juice Tropical Fruit Cans taste OK, and are certainly not as bad as some other supplements drinks, but do have a somewhat "thick" consistency that is a little hard to get used to. Since these are 8oz cans, they are somewhat shorter than regular soft drink cans so it is unlikely that anyone will accidentally drink them if found in the refrigerator (my kids will drink anything the isn't specifically labeled "Dad's").

This is a good way to get your daily 1500mg of Glucosamine. There is, however, some debate about the overall effectiveness of Glucosamine as an aid to relieving joint pain and some studies suggest that the addition of Chondroitin (technically "Chondroitin Sulfate"), which this Joint Juice does not have, is needed to be included for it to be effective. I *think* and *believe* my joints feel better as a result of starting to take these products, but there really isn't any way for me to quantify the results or provide any real proof, so it is a matter of faith for me that I continue to spend the money on these supplements.

Also, these have 6 net Carbs (3 from sugar) which is important to know if you are a diabetic (like me) or are keeping count for dietetic reasons.

Recommended, with the above caveat and watch out for the shipping as these are heavy. I also like Joint Juice Glucosamine 1500 mg Drink Mix Packets, Natural Lemon Flavor 30 packets and Sundown Osteo Bi-Flex Advanced Triple Strengh, 120 Coated Caplets
