JoJo Talks To You!

Editorial Reviews

Laaadies and Gentlemen, boys and girls ... it's time to get up and move with JOJO'S CIRCUS: ANIMAL A GO-GO. Join JoJo, a funny, curious clown and her best friend, Goliath, in stories full of music, dance, imaginative movement, engaging games, and activities that encourage your child to get up and start moving. Child participation is part of the fun in four lively stories. There are bouncy moves ahead when JoJo discovers that she's not quite ready to fill some pretty big shoes. But she's always ready to figure things out, including learning a silly slinky snake dance to help pick a flower for her dad. From using teamwork to helping Goliath learn, your child will discover valuable lessons about kindness, teamwork, and belonging.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Choice! October 17, 2005
By madmax
Format:DVD
My 2yr old loves JoJo because she has songs in every episode and does different actions to each song. This is an adorable DVD and each episode features some sort of animal. It has one with Goliath brushing his teeth, a farm episode and others. My daughter will watch this many times over (and we can't brush teeth without singing Goliath's brush your teeth song now).

5.0 out of 5 stars Hey hey it's Jo-Jo's Circus... September 12, 2005
Format:DVD
My 17 month old son loves Jo-Jo and Goliath. This dvd contains "flower shower" "uncle flippy's funny farm" "try these on for boing" and "brushing up". The cartoons are cute with good messages for children but are not too overly sappy like Emily Elizabeth and Clifford the Big Red Dog. Jo-Jo's Circus is also good because there's a lot of music, dancing and singing that your little one can follow along to.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great video July 5, 2005
Format:DVD
My daughter loves this movie. It has four episodes, plus a bonus Higgleytown Hereos. If your child is under 6 and has access to the Disney Channel this means a lot to you. The songs are catchy and the messages are good. I have seen this DVD about- oh a million times- and it is still watchable. I would recommend this to any parent with children under 7.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun and educational for tots and parents! October 22, 2006
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
I rented this DVD from our local library and my 2-year old loved it! I enjoy it as well--the colors, characters, and music are excellent. I also appreciate that each episode tries to teach a good life lesson. My toddler is a bit upset that we had to return the DVD to the library--I guess that means I'll be purchasing it very soon.

Oh, and sometimes the songs are a bit too catchy. I often find the tooth brushing song ("Brush your teeth, little lion. Brush your teeth." on continuous replay in my mind.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent wholesome video for kids August 6, 2012
Format:DVD
I'm just so upset that there're a total of just two DVDs in this series, the present one and "Take a Bow." Great voice acting, lovely animation, and fun and wholesome themes make Jojo's Circus one of the best video programs for young kids. I just don't understand why Disney stopped making these. I'm sure if they had gone to Steve Jobs, one of Disney's board members, and begged him to donate some money to support children's programs, he might have helped. But then, maybe not, given he didn't even want to support his own illegit children. I digress, and may he RIP! My kids love Jojo's Circus and we all wish there had been more.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Go Go for JoJo September 7, 2008
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
My 2 year old daughter Emerson absolutely loves JoJo. It started when she saw JoJo on Playhouse Disney's "Feeling Good with JoJo" 5 minute short series. So, my husband and I decided to purchase her a few DVD's we could keep on hand at home. We are glad we did! She loves this DVD as well as "Take A Bow". I find her imitating the various animal movements and dancing to and singing along with all of the songs. She even does this after the DVD has ended. It is the cutest thing! If you are looking for a DVD that keeps your child "active" throughout and not just staring into space, then I highly recommend this.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great DVD! Highly Recommended January 9, 2007
Format:DVD
My 2 year old daughter loves Jojo's circus like crazy. So I bought this DVD for her. The only disappointment is that this is actually just a collection of the ones shown on Playhouse Disney on TV (although I haven't seen part of it). With that sad, my daughter never gets tired of it and we can just play it again and again. And she has learned alot from it (new vocabulary, jumping and dancing etc).

Great DVD and we are going to get the other Jojo DVD
