Max Morath is ageless! He is recognized as best performer of Rag Time music for the past 40+ years. In this CD, he takes us back to the early 20th Century to perform the music of Bert Williams. Bert was the first back superstar of comedy and music. He broke the race barrier on Broadway and was compared favorably with W. C. Fields as the greatest Comedian of the era. This CD combines the talents of two great performer born almost 80 years apart. If you like Rag Time, or showbiz history, or just great entertainment, buy this release. Written and approved by an old ex DJ, me!
