This self closing valve is a great value. I was searching for this type of valve to istall in my outdoor shower for use after returning from the beach. Using this valve in my shower will definitely conserve water. A great product at a very reasonable price.

Finish on valves looks great will take some time to see if it holds up in the Florida sun and salt. Works like it is suppose to. Service was on the mark!

Received this valve today and installed it. When I turned the water on had a leak, this was not a drip but a ¼ inch stream. Moved handle a few times to see if there was some thing in the valve. Well go to the store, try to repair with a new/better seal. Would not buy this product again.

Stopping working after one day. The valve gets stuck and does not work reliably. The housing is very sturdy but the mechanism inside gets stuck. Disappointed with the product.

This spring loaded shower control is just perfect for what we needed. You pull down on the chain, hook it off on the little nail, and there is your shower, hands free.

was very impressed with valve, does just what I wanted at a very low cost.I used it on a urinal in a little used spare bathroom in basement. Just perfect for this, in spring I'll order another for outside shower to wash off sand from beach. Great product for these applications,alternative was 3 to 6 times the cost.

We looked all over for this sort of valve and here was the best price on a quality unit. We installed for our subdivision pool and it gets a lot of use, has not failed yet. If you yank to hard the lever just resets. No problems.

This is a well made valve but it is 3/4" not 1/2" thread. We made it work with some reducers. Very happy with the performance. We've had it for a few weeks. We are using it as the handle for a drinking fountain. We took off the chain and it works great!

The valve reduced pressure a little too much for the application I was wanting to use it for ("Sunflower" shower head). I ended up just using a regular ball valve instead. The body of the valve was very much heavy duty with a real nice finish, but I received the product without the cotter pin that secures the stem to the handle and the chain broke after just a couple of uses. I think this valve would be a pretty good fit maybe for a low pressure or water-saver shower head, but the volume it produces just doesn't accommodate high volume applications. I would have probably given it a 2.5 or 2.75 rating if I was able.....
