I saw this movie on TBN channel last night and it was good. To the previous reviewer and anyone who is interested, you can get this movie in DVD format from World Wide Pictures homepage (http://shop.wwp.org). I'm going to order one from there today.

This is the story of Joni Eareckson, who at the young age of just 17 went swimming in the Chesepeake Bay and in an instant had her life changed when she dove into shallow water and broke her neck. The accident resulted in a neck break of which she survived. Her story is one of despair, frustration, depression, and then courage as she learns in painstaking fashion how to live in her quadriplegic state. Joni acts as herself in this moving movie and is impressive as an actress. Her range of emotion and expression is as every bit as compelling her story. Joni is acting out her life story, as recorded in her best-selling book, "Joni" Joni: An Unforgettable Story. Ultimately, it is faith in God that saves Joni from complete and utter despair. Her battles with her condition and her growing faith despite her condition is as inspiring as any story ever told. This is a remarkable movie about an even more remarkable young lady who despite overwhelming odds, learns to lead a productive and honorable life of faith. Her story is living testimony of what the power of God can do in a person's life. Riveting viewing. Highly recommended.

this is a very inspiring movie and i do admire joni for everything that she's accomplished !

I loved this movie it was such a great movie, my heart went out to joni and all that she has accomplished.
I just wish i could get this on dvd

I love this movie, yet the recording is extremely poor. It looks like it was recorded off of tv and is a bad tape. Very disappointed with the quality. The shipping was quick.

Product was broken so I never got to view it and my VCR was never the same again. Enjoyed the books but still haven't seen the movie
