While I love the fact that it bends to pour the items into the pot, I find it annoying when I'm chopping on it. It moves a little up and down when I'm chopping, like it doesn't stay flush to the counter, and the handle gets in the way.

I like the fact that it bends so that you can just pour the veggies or whatever into a pot, but it's not as nice to chop on as a flat piece.
