A masterful blue-print for modeling personal integrity!,

This review is from: Joseph...a Man of Integrity & Forgiveness (Bible Study) (Paperback)
Chuck Swindoll has done it again! If you read only one book this year, you owe it to yourself to read "Joseph: A Man of Integrity and Forgiveness." After reading a number of Swindoll's books, booklets, and articles, I firmly believe "Joseph" to be his finest work concerning personal integrity! It challenged me to reach for new levels of personal, Christ-like character. Be prepared to laugh, shed a some tears, and have your life challenged by the book's insightful observations, masterful commentary and penetrating questions for application. It delivers the goods in a life changing way!

"One of the Best Joseph Books Ever Written!",
By A Customer
This review is from: Joseph...a Man of Integrity & Forgiveness (Bible Study) (Paperback)
Although my favorite Joseph book is 'With Joseph in the University of Adversity: the Mizraim Principles', this one is a close second! If you want a pastor's heart in the telling of the story--this one is best! If you want sound principles for everyday life that you or a graduate can use, and really well-organized--go with 'Mizraim Principles' (if you can get your hands on a copy!). Swindoll does this book as the foundation to a newer series, and this is the precursor to the series. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Joseph - Bible Study Guide,

This review is from: Joseph...a Man of Integrity & Forgiveness (Bible Study) (Paperback)
From the cover: The classic story of a nobody who became somebody, Joseph stands out as a man of remarkable character and integrity. From the lowest level of humanity - slavery - he emerges to the pinnacle of respect. Why? Because he saw God at work even when he was rejected, misunderstood, falsely accused, and forgotten.

I read the first two books in this series, David and Esther. I liked this book but not as much as the first two. I think it is a good book and I got alot out of it but if you know the story of Joseph, Mr. Swindoll didn't give as much insight into Joseph as with David and Esther. I just felt like this one dragged and I had a harder time read this one, but I will continue to read the rest in the series, because I enjoy Swindoll's books.
