works great, folds flat
works grate (ha ha), and it folds flat. That way you can have a nice box grater but not have it take up a ton of space. folds flat and goes into a drawer.

Folds, stays folded
Stays folded very well but does not lock in the open positiion. You need to hold it open with one hand and grate with the other

The grater on this item works, but you need to hold it with one hand and grate with the other. This can sometimes be hard to do. I wish it had a lock so you could lock it then grate.

Who knew a grater could be so cute. I bought two of these, one in red and one in green because I couldn't decide on a color. They are perfect size for me and I luv the bright colors. Most graters are plain and blah but these are cute and colorful. They fold flat and look nice and neat, excellent for storage so you don't have this giant bulky thing sitting around. Durable and easy to clean.
