From the moment I started to read I could not put the book down. Every time I walked away from it, something would make me turn around and read another chapter. It is compelling, magnificant and inspirational! There was a total peace within me as I read every word. I was able to picture in my mind the every movement of St. Joseph, Mary and child Jesus. This has deepened my faith and trust in God more than any other experience I have ever had!

This is one of the most inspiring books I have ever read about St. Joseph. Mother Maria Cecelia was given these details about St. Joseph from our Lord Himself.
There is one difference in a detail as I understood it in regard to St. Joseph taking Mary into his home right after the espousal's. Even though we are under no obligation to believe all as true in a private revelation...everything in this starting from the conception of St. Joseph, his childhood, his finding his trade in life.. and esp his life with Mary is so inspiring.

It impels one to want to imitate the virtues, esp the humility of this great and holy saint. Even though I have not finished this book yet, I am ready to recommend it to everyone for the impetus toward grace I experience from it.

I am so blessed to have found this book. My heart races while reading the book. I now understand why I am tormented by Satan as was Joseph. This is definetly divinely inspired by Jesus. Every sentence has so much to give you in your faith and knowledge of Joseph, Mary and Jesus. I am only about 1/3 through the book but I had to share my excitement with you. I have returned to order a book for my sister to read. Do read this book.

Excellent book answered so many of my questions about Joseph and his relationship with Mary & Jesus, wonderfully humanitarian with insight to his emotions and thoughts. Inspiring

This book is some what difficult to read. It really isnt a novel as much as it is a diary. It has alot of praising of God which makes it sound kind of corny. But if it is true it really is interesting and sheds alot of light on the holy family and what kind of man St.Joseph was. I would recomend this book but it is a difficult read.

May be the most important book, outside of The Holy Bible, I've read during my walk with Christ. This true story caused me to shed many tears of contrition, of awe, and also of joy while reading it. Should be required reading for all Christians in my opinion. It's helped me so much in my struggle against sin and against satan's temptations. It's helped me want to strive to become a better husband, a better man, and a better Christian.

Book in excellent cond. The best book I've ever read and I'm only halfway done with it.

What an incredible life this visionary was shown. I was moved by how hard St. Joseph's life was on a daily basis. I enjoy reviewing this book when I'm experiencing difficult situations in my own life. The book is a great inspirational read.

this item was a gift for another person and I did not read the book
