Mary Dowey writes a wine column in the Irish Times and contributes to Wine magazine and Decanter. She also writes for Bon Appetitt in the US. Mary runs intensive wine courses at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. She is the author of "Wine & Food"(Ryland Peters & Small).
