Based on my experience, I would recommend this CD to anyone working with a health issue, just setting out on a path of self-discovery, or in desperate need of stress relief but without a lot of time or energy (the guided relaxation on track one is 11 minutes during which you DO nothing). It would also make a thoughtful gift for someone in one of these circumstances. People who keep a journal--or would like to--can also benefit from the invitations to listen inward and creatively explore.
