This gentle and soothing cd works wonders for the tired soul. Ms. Haverty's voice is sooooo soothing as soon as I hear it my body begins to relax. I highly recommend this cs for meditation and for relaxation. I also really like her other meditation cd called Journey to the Crystal Palace. In both cds her voice is just so relaxing and soothing you can't help but just float away.

This is one of the best guided visualizations I have ever experienced. Truly remarkable!

Jackie has a great voice and I really like the material covered in this meditation. If I wake up during the night I will play it again and relax right back down to a deep sleep.

I just loved this meditation CD. It is very visual, and very relaxing. I was so very relaxed when done, I almost fell asleep.
Its one of the better ones out there. The voice is very good also.

This is a good meditation CD - but VERY much like "Journey to the Crystal Palace"

I thought this guided meditation was pleasant and relaxing, and most of the imagery worked for me, but one thing just trips me up every time: when she counts to ten, she skips 3 and 5. It really breaks the rhythm of the hypnotic induction.

With patience anyone can learn to meditate. Jackie Haverty makes learning easier. She has a plesant voice and Paul Armatage's background music fits perfectly with Jackie's voice. She really did a good job putting this together.

I only made it a short way into this before figuring it's a bit silly for my tastes.
