This is stunning CD. Ali Akbar's genius is in full bloom as he produced this exquisite album. Very rarely have I come across an album where every song is a favorite of mine. Although this is a fusion album, this is more hindusthani classical music with other instruments playing a supporting role. I have probably listened to this album over a 1000 times.

Excellent, excellent album, March 2, 2009

The songs here are all short, but somehow manage to capture quintessentially Indian feelings and melodies that are usually treated in much longer forms. Each song is a jewel on this album.
