Western style arrangments but good music nonetheless, September 28, 2006
This review is from: Journey (Audio CD)
There are no ragas here, just your usual 5 to 10 minute Western style arrangements. One track is exclusively percussion. It's good music, more "popy" and has a cleaner, studio sound than any of Khan Sahib's other recordings (that I am familiar with). It makes for great mixing or overlay music. Track 2 is especially awesome.

East Meets West, November 19, 2004

A lovely, lilting collection of romantic melodies played masterfully on the Sarod. The music calls to mind the newness and beauty of young love when this world renown Indian classical musician plays. Couldn't be better...
