I love Barry Long, but like many spiritual teachers, you have to take what you recognize form within and move on. A definite good absorbtion on your spiritual journey but ultimately not the holy grail. Barry was a conscious man, but some of the things he says I just cannot find in my own experience. The energy of this material is enough to feed the spirit in you though. Ingest it.
