About the Author
Mitch Davis (Writer/Director) Fresh out of U.S.C. film school, he began his filmmaking career as an intern in the Creative Group at Disney Studios. That internship turned into a job which allowed him to participate in the production of such films as Rocketeer, Newsies, and Dead Poet's Society. He eventually moved from Disney to Columbia Studios where he began writing screenplays after-hours. The Other Side of Heaven is his directorial debut and his second produced film.
John Garbett (Producer) After working at ABC and Fox Television, he was hired by the Walt Disney Company in 1984 as a television production executive. As production executive in Disney’s feature film division, he subsequently oversaw "3 Men and a Little Lady," "Father of the Bride" and "Alive," among other Touchstone projects. Acting as development producer and production consultant for Amblin Entertainment, Warner Bros., Universal Studios and independent production companies his work has included "The Frighteners," "Pet People," "The Matrix" and "Shrek."
Gerald R. Molen (Producer) Perhaps best known as the 1993 Academy Award winning producer of Schindler’s List, his other works include Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park, Hook and Minority Report for DreamWorks SKG. Earlier productions include Amblin Entertainment’s Twister, Casper, Little Rascals, The Flintstones, and Days of Thunder, and coming in 2003, "The Legend of Johnny Lingo".
