This is a short and easy book to digest and is filled with moments that are easy to identify with, as far as setting goals for our own self-improvement and fitness. It shows how you don't really need a whole lot of preparation, just a good coach/buddy to help keep you on track for your goals. I recommend it to folks who are wary of hiring a trainer or who are skeptical of their own ability to really improve their health and fitness within the limits of a busy career/family schedule.
