5.0 out of 5 stars This is Immatures best album yet!
Hi, my name is Shana. I just wanted to say that I love Immature's new CD,The Journey, because I can relate to some of the songs. And Romeo, LDB and Batman have great voices and talent which will help them go far and achieve their dreams! I don't know if I'm their biggest fan but, I've admired them since they first came out. 5.0 out of 5 stars I'ts the best cd I've heard so far, July 31, 1998
By A Customer

I love Immature I've been to 3 concerts and went to the skatting rink to see them when they came to Detroit and from what I heard they like comming here so I'm glad I live here. I love them so much that one time they came all these girls and I chased the bus and they stoped and I took a picture of they maneger Chris Stokes and they let us on the bus and my friends and I got to give them a kiss and hug. The first time that they came these girls pulled romeo off the stage. I think Romeo is the cutesit.I love them.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good, but not the good old Immature style, July 23, 2000

Despite all of the reviews in all capital letters saying this is the best album ever, this is a mediocre album. Almost all of the somgs are balads, most of them coming one after the other. This makes for a rather uninteresting track selection. It lacks the bubble-gum pop style that made the previous albums so fun to listen to. It is like listening to an entirely seperate group.

These young gentle have an insprirational voice. They are very, very talented. They were fine then and very handsome now. Their songs not only let hear them but they put in that position especially if you are in love or experiencing love, some songs are just to have fun and bob your head to. Well i love immature a.k.a IMX! UR #1 FAN FOREVER Nena Lloyd. Hopefully when you go on tour i can go and get a vip pass so i can at least shake your hands. love ya and wish you nothing but succes and the best.

4.0 out of 5 stars The journey to success, April 16, 2003
This review is from: Journey (Audio CD)
Immature (pre-IMx) were always a good group; so good that even guys weren't afraid to admit they liked their music. On this album, the guys have matured, and the subject matter has matured as well. And Batman does the lead vocals as usual, but here LDB shows his singing skills as well, and I actually think he should have been allowed to sing more.

There are a lot of good songs to choose from here, like the leadoff single "I'm Not A Fool", as well "Extra, Extra", "Tamika" and "Where Do We Go". But the last song is the very painful "All Alone", where Batman laments about his mother, whom he lost to cancer (it even sounds like he's crying while he's singing). The song is still good though.

The fast songs toward the middle of the album didn't really age that well, but Immature were never really known best for uptempo tracks anyway. If you don't have this album, at least give it a listen because the guys don't sound quite this good any more.
