This book sets out to discuss and prove that Vedic swamis have been travelling to other planets for thousands of years through meditation. They are not embarking on a mental journeys but are actually physically travelling to other planets. As all of Prabhupada's other works, this one is completely engrossing and highly recommended.

This small book of only 96 pages received 5 stars because the author knows how to reach an audience from an authoritative stand-point and with evidence firmly rooted in Vedic Literature.

My one complaint, quelled by my deeper understanding is that Srila Prabhupada, while explaining that the spiritual planets (Vaikuntha) are not important, could have still given instructions on how to reach them. In this way, we may throw off the desire of this world and at least seek higher desires...

However, his aim and purpose are higher than that, and he seeks to take many along with him in this constant journey.

Om Sri Rama, Jai Rama, Jai Jai Rama!
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti

I usually like A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada books. His vedic knowledge cant be denied. This like some other of his books is really not a book but more like a long phamplet. Not that I have a problem with that as its whats inside that counts but to others who might be buying this book just know its small. One thing I dont like about this book is A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada's presistent name calling of westerners and scientist as fools and blind. I really do not see reason for that, as everyone finds the path when they are ready and being that this is not a spiritually advanced planet A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada must understand that people need more help then what is availaible. I think he does understand this but must find frustration in mankinds ignorance being so enlightened. Basically what he is stating is that all our science is leading us back to what we allready have recorded in the Bhagavade Gita. Also A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada makes fun of mans advancment in science and in space exploration as foolish and spaceships as toys. This book must have been written right before man landed on the moon becouse in the first half he says men will never be able to go to the moon so why try. But in the second half he states so what that men have walked on the moon. So these statement contradict themselves. There are also many grammer errors. I can overlook them but then sanscript words are misspelled,so its tough becouse I am trying to pronounce them correctly. Start with A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada a journey to self discovery first this one is for the more advanced student.
