This is a wonderful book! I am a practicing psychotherapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in Los Angeles. I have used this book in my work with clients to assist them to revisit their childhoods for clues into their family background-- particularly when they have had a hard time remembering their childhood. This book gives wonderful tools to gain insight into both the "outer world" of childhood, and the "inner world" of childhood-- recreating the physical memories, and ultimately the decisions we make about our childhood experiences and its impact upon our adult lives. It is also a great book for creative writers. Get this book-- it's a wonderful tool! |
