I put this amazing CD into my car stereo two weeks ago and have not taken it out since. I have spent whole days with track 1 on repeat. More than simply beautiful, the music is utterly transforming. This CD has arrived in my life during a time of rapid change. It is helping me maintain the clarity and focus so critical during this period of renewal.

This is my favorite crystal bowl CD so far of the 4 I own. I felt my body resonate with many of the sounds, and felt great healing and relaxation. I enjoyed the addition of the other percussion instruments. They were not dissonant or disturbing, but added welcome variety and additional healing frequencies.

Journey to Wholeness, Elivia Melodey's Crystal Vibrations, is the all time favorite and most requested in my Meditation and Stress Relief classes. Unlike many new-age CD's that are often used as aides to sleep, Melodey's bowels invite you to wake up and `listen at the shores of the great silence', tuning that mysterious place within to some of the long slow rhythms of life rolling along beneath the distractions of our days. As you are being soothed, or salved, by the beautiful sounds, a particular pitch of the bowl resonates like a pulse, and wakens you to the river of life that flows within us all. The music becomes a stream, pouring out of your heart to intertwine with the flow of the universe. The sense of being centered or connected feels alive with light.
