A beautiful book that will help you explore and discover your own feelings while you are pregnant and after your baby arrives. It's an amazingly positive experience just to pick it up and read it. The book has suggested guided writing exercises, but even if you choose not to do them, it is still inspirational. A great gift for mamas-to-be and a great tool for creating meaningful attachment to your growing belly.
